Hi I'm Jeremy

I am from Chandler, AZ. I am an engineer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three children, two boys and one girl. My oldest child has Down Syndrome. His behavior can be very challenging but I am comforted by the knowledge I have that he is a choice son of God with a celestial destiny. I enjoy cooking barbecue, playing basketball, and watching sports. I also enjoy the outdoors and scouting.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because of the knowledge I have gained by study and prayer of the doctrines of the Church. My testimony has been gained by feeling the warm peaceful feelings as my Sunday School teachers have taught me and as I have read the scriptures; especially the Bible and the Book of Mormon. I have learned that God answers prayers. I learned this as a young child praying for help to find my lost glasses. I strengthen this knowledge as an adult as I have prayed for the health of my son to survive several surgeries. The spirit of God has touched my life and given me the answer to my most difficult questions. This spirit is the confirming witness that has given me my knowledge of the truthfulness of the Church and is available to all people.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday, reading my scriptures, and saying my prayers twice a day. I also serve my community by working with Boy Scout leaders and youth. I go to the temple frequently and I am trying to teach my children the importance of living a clean gospel centered life.
