Hi I'm Sarah

I love to play sports. I am a aunt. I love to read books. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of five kids. I am currently a missionary for the church and am excited to serve. I am a aunt of two nephews and soon to be two cute little nieces. I worked selling chocolates and it is one of the best jobs in the world. I can memorize almost any movie line or song just by listening to it once.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know with my whole heart and soul that this gospel is true and that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I have prayed and found and gained my own testimony of this gospel. I know this is the true church, so I strive to live the teachings and counsel given by the prophets faithfully.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living the commandments and do my best to following the counsel of the prophet. I also serve fully in my calling in the church. I act like a daughter of God because I know I am and never lower my standards for others.

Are Mormons Christians?

Sarah
Gordon B. Hinckley, prior President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (1995-2008), said: “We are Christians in a very real sense and that is coming to be more and more widely recognized. Once upon a time people everywhere said we are not Christians. They have come to recognize that we are, and that we have a very vital and dynamic religion based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. We, of course, accept Jesus Christ as our Leader, our King, our Savior...the dominant figure in the history of the world, the only perfect Man who ever walked the earth, the living Son of the living God. He is our Savior and our Redeemer through whose atoning sacrifice has come the opportunity of eternal life. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints pray and worship in the name of Jesus Christ. He is the center of our faith and the head of our Church. The Book of Mormon is Another Testament of Jesus Christ and witnesses of His divinity, His life, and His Atonement.” Show more Show less
