Hi I'm Emma

I'm a student. I have a passion for learning new things. I love spending time with my friends and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently I'm a student working on getting my bachelor’s degree. When I'm not in school I'm working to pay for my education! I have a lot of hobbies! I love to laugh and have a good time. My main hobby is spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy broadening my horizons and learning about different places, cultures, and ideas. I love reading books when I have the time. I have a passion for all forms of art; I think it’s a great outlet for self-expression! I don’t have any real musical talent, but I defiantly love listening to music! I can be a girly girl at times with shopping, clothes, and hair but I also have a nerdy side too!

Why I am a Mormon

I’m a Mormon because even as a kid growing up in the church I’ve known that this is the true church of Christ. This truth has always been a part of who I am. I’m far from being a perfect person, but through this gospel I have grown so much as an individual and found true happiness even when things were difficult in my life. This gospel has helped me form a close relationship with my savior and because of it I know I’m never alone or a lost cause.

How I live my faith

I live my faith day by day through striving to be a disciple of Christ. Growing up in the church I have had many opportunities to serve within the community. I have also had many church callings that have helped me grow and have a deeper love and understanding of the people around me. I have been apart of our church’s women’s organization, Relief Society, by teaching gospel lessons, being a visiting teacher, and serving as a 2nd counselor in the presidency. I am currently a ward missionary in my ward learning how to reach out and serve others through the gospel.
