Hi I'm Val

I like movies and retro tv shows. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a student and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born with cerebral palsy, which requires the use of a wheelchair and a walker. But, in spite of my physical limitations and trials, I see my disability as a sacred gift, and I am excited to see what the Lord has in store for me in the future. I am considering persuing a career in film/media productions.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon gives me confort in everyday life. It's doctrine teaches that the Lord is truly mindful of my joys and righteous desires, as well as my fears and imperfections, and that with His help, I can overcome all and find success. I find great peace in knowing that God still calls His prophets to guide and direct this church. I am thankful for Book of Mormon, as well as the Bible. I believe these books contain messages from our Heavenly Father and it is through them, we find peace and guidance in our lives. I am thankful for the knowlege that I can be with my family for all eternity, as well as here on earth. I say these things humbly and thankfully, in the name of His beloved son, Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I truly feel love of God and great strength in spending time with fellow members, as well as those outside my faith. I am glad I have so many loving friends to share in my joys and my fears, and sincerely find joy in doing the same for them.
