Hi I'm Tamara

I'm a wife and a mom to 4 girls. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife to a great guy! I'm a mom who loves to spend time with my daughters! I like to read novels. I like to go to the movies. I like to play basketball. I like to go on walks with my family. I like to have quiet moments with my children to talk, laugh, and learn from one another.

Why I am a Mormon

I come from a rich heritage of mormon ancestry, I am blessed. I'm a mormon because I believe the teaching that have been taught and shown to me through my mom's example, my grandparents examples and my great grandparents examples. I love the Lord with all my heart and know that He is my Heavenly Father. I know that He loves me and wants what is best for me. I know that the Savior died for me so that I may return to live with Him and my Father in heaven again. I know that my family will be together forever. I love the Book of Mormon and the teachings that are in it. I know that it is a second testimony of Jesus Christ. I love the Bible and the teachings that I read in it. Life isn't always easy but with Jesus Christ's example it can be better... it can be fuller and have more meaning. I love my Savior and am so grateful for the example that He has set. I try each day to live as He would, to do those things that would draw me closer to Him and my Heavenly Father. Jesus Christ is the center of our home, He is the light and the life.

How I live my faith

I am so lucky to work with the 12 and 13 year old girls in my ward. I get to teach these girls how to be well rounded, respected and unique individuals. I try to help them realize the blessings in their lives. This is such a tough age and I try to help the girls see how important they are to their Heavenly Father. I try to help them gain integrity and help them realize that they have individual worth. I try to help them increase their faith, their divine nature, knowledge and virtue. We have activities each week where they can develop their talents, where they can perform good works, where they can learn new talents, and learn more about themselves. I love the girls I work with and enjoy the time I get to spend with them.
