Hi I'm Michael. Some call me Cori.

I'm from Texas and like to learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently serving as a missionary in Seoul, South Korea. Before my mission, I was a junior college student, studying Biology. I will return after my mission to finish my degree. My freshman year of college was spent as a Bassoon performance major, but I changed degrees. Deep down, I am a huge nerd of both music and science. I'm not completely sure what I'll do as a career, but I'm sure I will figure it out. I love the Lord and have a strong testimony of the reality of His love and His gospel. I strive to make the decisions He would have me make.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I cannot deny the Holy Ghost. The truthfulness of this church has been witnessed to me on multiple occasions. I have experienced the peace that comes from following Jesus Christ and having the atonement applied in my life. I know without a doubt that He loves me immensely and that His plan for me is to be able to become like Him though faith in Him and obedience to His commandments. I love the gospel and the truthfulness thereof. I am so grateful for the constant peace and guidance which the Lord has made manifest to his children in these, the Latter-days. He lives. He loves. He is our Father and has a plan for us all. This reality I have come to know through careful study and sincere prayer with a humble heart. Christ has healed and continues to heal me. This is His purpose. He came to heal the broken hearted, captive, and bruised. He died for this reason. For you. For me. Everyone deserves this opportunity.

How I live my faith

I strive to live my faith in all aspects of my life. I formally have served as the Assistant Ward Mission Leader in a single's ward. I have also served in the Elders Quorum presidency and other callings. But right now, I'm serving in the awesome capacity as a full-time missionary.
