Hi I'm Rosanne

I'm a wife and mother of 3 teenagers and a former elementary school teacher. I'm a people lover and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m someone who loves people! I find the diversity of those around me interesting. I love to learn and to serve others. I am a wife and mother of three teenagers. I put my whole heart and soul into loving and guiding them in today’s complex world. I don’t always feel the rewards immediately, but they do come.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a warm, loving family who raised me in the Mormon faith. I always felt important and knew that I was a child of God. I knew God loved me and was always there for me. My faith brought me close to Him and I have learned from my own experience of His great kindness and love. He has been the source of my strength during many years of health problems. Because of His help, I have been able to bear the difficulties well and learn and grow because of them. He brings me peace, hope and purpose. I love to pray and study the Bible and I receive direction from Him as I do. This church has been a great blessing to me my whole life in helping me to try to become more like my Savior Jesus Christ. He truly is the perfect example. I know He atoned for me and paid the price that no one else could. I would be nothing without Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow the example of my Savior in what I think and do. Of course I fall short, but I keep trying. I love to attend church each Sunday and I help with the music there. I like to visit, serve and cheer people with health problems (or other struggles) to lend my support. As a family, we pray together morning and night and we study scriptures together. We also have fun together and support each other in involvements and activities. I can’t even count all the blessings that have come into my life because of my faith in Jesus Christ. I can walk with hope and confidence. I feel good about myself (yet I know the credit belongs to The Lord for my success). I can see how very blessed my life is, even in the hard times. I know there is a purpose in all I encounter. I have faith in the future for myself and my family.
