Hi I'm Ciera

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi my name is Ciera. I married Dustin in May 2004 and we have three kiddos together. Two girls and one boy. We also have a crazy dog. I am a stay at home mom, but I went to Cosmetology school and also have a small photography business. I caught the sewing bug from my mom, and spend a lot of time coming up with new ideas of things I want to make for my house and kids. When my kids are older and all in school, I plan to go back to work as a Cosmetologist so we can afford to travel more when we are empty nesters!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because it makes me happy. It feels nice to know that I have a loving Father in Heaven and that he gave me a loving family on earth. I know that Jesus Christ has been though all the trials that we will go through on this earth and I know that only he can understand all the ups and downs that we face in this life. I know that families are meant to be together on earth and in eternity. My Husband was a gift to me to share this life with. We were given two baby girls to watch over and now a special baby boy. I know that Heavenly Father gave us the Priesthood to use as a long as we are worthy. I know that with out it our lives would be very different. I believe in Jesus Christ and I know that we are living the only full and complete religion on the earth today. I know we have living Prophets and Apostles to guide and direct us, and this is something every person should have in their own lives. I don't know all the scriptures really well, and I can't always explain certain things about being LDS, but I do know how it makes me feel, and that is something I would never want to be without.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by making sure I am at church with my kids every Sunday. My husband works the night shift and can't always make it to church on Sunday morning. It is one of the hardest things to do on those mornings to get out the door with 3 kids by myself, but I do it and am happy that I do because it is REALLY hard.
