Hi I'm Adam

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a 20 year old missionary who loves life! I'm an engineering student. I love to sing and swing dance, hang out with friends, build things, make things, fix things, do fun... things. I'm happiest when I'm working hard in the service of others. I love the Lord and I love being Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I have grown up in the church, a lot of people seem to think that I've been brainwashed my whole life to believe the things I do. While I have been taught all of my life, I have come to know for myself of the truthfulness of this gospel. I can't even pinpoint an exact time when I knew because it came bit by bit through a process of living the gospel and doing the things and keeping the standards found in the church. I have found that, like Elder Bednar, a member of the twelve apostles, has taught, personal revelation can come like a light switch or like a sunrise. I've had moments where answers have become clear immediately, like light filling a room when you turn on a switch, but my testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has come to me in the form of a sunrise. Through prayer, study and meditation, the light of this gospel has filled my life by degrees until the answer was there, clear as the sun that this church is true.

How I live my faith

Faith is a principal of action. I have found the more actively I participate in church, serve others, fulfill my callings and am obedient to the Lord, the more my faith increases. I'm by no means perfect, but I try to live my faith by being proud of what I believe, not being afraid to share it with others and, most important, letting it show in my life by the way I act and interact with others.
