Hi I'm Kailee

I'm a Dental Hygienist! I LOVE ZUMBA and Ultimate Frisbee! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the oldest of four girls, and I love my family more than anything. I was born in Louisiana, but my Mom was remarried when I was two years old, and I have lived in Utah ever since. I've grown up all over Utah county. I've been working as a dental hygienist for over four years, and I love it! I love ZUMBA and Ultimate Frisbee. I also enjoy watching sports, going to plays, and being with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church. My mom grew up as a less active member, and got pregnant with me just out of high school. After she had me she changed her life around and met and married my dad in the temple when I was two years old. Learning from my incredible mother's past and growing up in the church helped me gain a testimony on my own of the truthfulness of this gospel. Through living everyday life, I can see and have felt how just follwing the basic principles of this gospel have made my life better. With every new day and every new choice, I can feel the difference between following the commandments and doing what I'm suppose to and not doing what I know to be right. When I follow the commandments and use my spare time to serve others, I'm a lot happier and my life has a lot more purpose. I know this gospel is true. I know that President Monson is a prophet of God, and that he receives direct revelation from God. He is truly the mouthpiece for the the Lord on this earth. I know my Savior died and atoned for me me and for everyone who is willing to accept his atonement. I also know that he is risen and that he lives! I know if we repent that we can be forgiven for anything we have done. We can always return to our Savior, it's never to late. Our Savior loves us and wants us to repent so we can return and live with him again one day. I know families can be together forever through the ordinaces performed in the temple. I know that God gives us trials in our life because he loves us. Those trials help us to draw closer to him and mold us into the person he knows we can become. Our loving Heavenly Father is always there to help us. All we have to do is come to him in prayer; he's always there to listen. I love my Heavenly Father and Savior, and I know that they love each and every one of us more than we can ever imagine. Amen.

How I live my faith

I have been given several opportunities in the church to serve and those opportunites have helped me grow and develop into a better person. I'm currently serving in the church as a secretary for Sunday School in my single's ward. I'm also a visiting teacher. Through visiting teaching in the church, I have been given the opportunity to get to know and serve women on a more personal level that I may have never taken the opportunity to get to know otherwise. I know that callings are given to us through God and help make us that much more like our Savior.
