Hi I'm Tyler

I'm a father. I'm a waterfowl enthusiast. I'm a drafsman and a contractor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I recently heeded the counsel of church leaders and went back to school to finish my education. As a recent college graduate with two degrees, I find myself with time to spend with my family. We work in our yard, watch a son advance in karate, listen to a daughter practice music or help a younger son build a structure out of legos. I like to waterfowl hunt, build buildings and go on dates with a sweet and beautiful wife.

Why I am a Mormon

Family - that is why I am member of the church. Having a sister pass away from a drowning accident at a very young age, I questioned why and how this could happen and such a young life be taken. A very sweet experience came after her death as my family came closer together. Now as I gather my small family together, I find peace that we can be together forever where death is not but a temporary seperation. I love and treasure my family and the relationships that come from being a forever family.

How I live my faith

I have been involved with the Boy Scouts of America for many years. I have been an assistant scoutmaster, a Venture advisor and a merit badge counselor. I currently act as a CPR and First Aid trainer for both the Boy Scouts and with the American Red Cross. I have served in the Church, teaching the youth and now see the Cub Scout program in action. My current responsibility in the Church allows me to serve all of the members in our ward. I see the members act and participate in the community. They are good and honest people.
