Hi I'm Tiffany

I am a social person with a love of athletics, music, and teaching. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am married to superman (be jealous!). We have four, high-energy children that keep us on our toes. We enjoy all athletics and have played soccer through high school, college, and our entire married life. I have coached soccer many times and enjoy working with the youth. I studied exercise science, and am certified as a renewist (working with the signal system of the feet). I love music and the way it makes me feel. I find a lot of comfort when I listen to uplifting music. I have taught piano lessons for many years, and love to sing (in the shower). I love to laugh and even enjoy sarcasm. I try not to take myself too seriously and find that I am constantly stil trying to figure out who I am and what I have to offer the world as a wife, friend, and mother.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born under the covenant and was blessed to be raised in a very loving home. I always felt that the church was true, but gained a real testimony of the gospel in high school and college. I knew the spirit that the gospel offers me was something I did not want to live without and that it was important to live my life in accordance with my Heavenly Fathers plan for me. I love that the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints is a very service oriented church. I find that there are always opportunities to help others and enjoy how simple acts of service brings all of us and our communities closer together. I ama social butterfly and enjoy learning about others. I love the structured foundation the church offers my family. I feel blessed to have a testimony and strive to be an example to my children. I love that my family can be eternal and I know our Heavenly Father loves us individually. He knows our hearts, our strengths, our weaknesses, and our needs. i find comfort in the power of prayer and find that the day to day routine of having personal and family prayers, scriptures, and spending time together is key to providing a happy home. i love the gospel and all the blessings I receive from it.

How I live my faith

I find it easy to get busy and try to cram too many things into one day. I find that the days that I get up and exercise, read my scriptures, listen to uplifting music, and have breakfast as a family are the days that I feel energized, and ready to take on the day. I love working with youth of all ages. I work with the little ones on Sundays and find that i learn so much from children. They are so loving, forgiving and trusting. I coach soccer and enjoy watching these children discover their talents and potential. I teach Piano lessons and am constantly surprised how fast children learn and observe. I try and make choices that will bring me closer to my Heavenly Father and encourage my kids to do the same. One thing I have done in the past is to try and learn something from the different people I meet. I usually find I learn the most from those I have less in common with. I feel that living my faith brings blessings, but not without works. We have to work for our success. I know that when i am faced with trials that I don't understand or when i am put in situations that are hard, i can trust that God is aware and is there for us. I feel it is important to be involved in our communities and to reach out and help people. I feel true happiness comes from a series of small choices. I know that my decisions effect others and that I can make a difference. I love my Heavenly Father and i am learning to trust in him. I feel a desire to gain greater understanding of gospel principles through scripture, prayer, music, and counsel given through the prophets and apostles. Living my faith is a life-style and I can't imagine my life without the gospel and the spirit that it provides. I am very blessed.
