Hi I'm Donna

I am a wife, a mom, a sister and a friend. I love helping others. I love playing board games. I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am a mom. I love reading books and playing board games with friends and family. I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that are members of the Church of Jesus Christ. But, I have learned that it's a choice to remain a member and to be an active member. I choose to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Why? Because every fiber of my being tells me this is the true restored gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth today. I have not seen visions, or heard heavenly voices, but I have felt an undeniable witness that Jesus Christ lives and He loves me. I know this.

How I live my faith

In my Ward I am the first counselor in the women's organization. As the first counselor I am over the music and education of the sisters in our Ward. I love serving over education because I find great joy in studying about Jesus Christ and His life. I love to read and listen to the words of a living Prophet and Apostles on the earth today and I find great joy and comfort as I study their words. I love teaching the Sisters and sharing my testimony of Christ and what I have learned with them. Everyday I try to be an example of what the Savior would have me do. Although I am not perfect by any means, my goal is to be His Hands. I strive to find way I can help others and reach out to those in need. As a mother I try to set the best example for my children and those I meet. I try to teach my children about Jesus Christ and how to follow Him because I know that this is the only way to find peace and joy in a world full of turmoil. I try to teach, and show the example, that we make choices daily that affect our lives and the best choices we can make are to follow the Savior. My faith in my Savior is what gives me fulfillment, peace to my soul, and the truest joy and happiness. Living what I believe is the very essence of who I am. I love my Savior and I want to follow Him.
