Hi I'm Nic

I grew up in Utah. I absolutely love doing anything outdoors, playing sports, doing art, and always having fun. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

There are five people in my family. I have two brothers, my mom, my dad, and myself. I love them very very much! I'm 19 years old. I've graduated from High School and have attended a semester in college. I absolutely love doing anything outdoors. I love camping, fourwheeling, hunting, shooting, hiking, and just spending time with my family and friends while I'm there. It's the best!! I also love playing basketball. I've played since I was a little kid and have grown to love it more and more. Some other hobbies I have are playing paintball, video games, working out, photography, and art. I love drawing. It's something you can do to have fun, practice a talent, be creative, show emotion or express feelings, and share with everyone around you. I've also recently gotten into carving and can't wait to continue to work with that and see where it can go.

Why I am a Mormon

The Chruch of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints has so many absolutely amazing things in it. Through the truth's we find in this gospel we can have peace, happiness, joy and love in and throughout every aspect of our lives. I know from it that my family can be together forever. That I can live with them and continue to see their smile and enjoy their company and the joy they each bring into my life throughout eternity. I know that someday I can marry a beautiful daughter of our Heavenly Father, whom I love, and be sealed to her for time and all eternity and have that same blessing of an eternal marriage and family of my own. This life is just the beginning. I Know that this Gospel is true. I know that this is Christs true church and that it truly has been restored through a modern prophet named Joseph Smith. Christ lives. Our Heavenly Father loves us So much and wants us to be the happiest we can be. It's because He loves each and every one of us that we have this gospel today. He sent His Only begotten son to suffer and die for us so that each one of His children may be able to live with Him again. He loves us more than we can imagine. Through this gospel and the guidance that is given in it we can find that straight and narrow path, which seems to have been hidden in the things of the world today, that leads us back home to live with our Heavenly Father again. I know that if we allow our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ to continually be a part of our lives, looking to them, we can accomplish anything. We can live with our Heavenly Father again. We can be together with our families forever. I know that we have a living prophet today who leads and guides us. This Church is True. I know it without a doubt in my heart. I wouldn't be who or where I am today without it and I am so thankful to have it in my life. What an amazing blessing.

How I live my faith

Throughout all my life I've grown up as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and have served and participated in many callings and activities. I am currently serving a full time mission in Houston, Texas. As a missionary I share the message of the restoration of The Gospel of Jesus Christ and the blessings that come from it to everyone. I also look for ways to serve others and help them in any way I can. I've been on my mission since August 31, 2011 and will continue to serve here in the Houston area until Septmeber 2013.
