Hi I'm Breea Dunn

I grew up with 4 sisters. I love to thrift shop and sew. I love how I still get butterflies when my husband walks in the room.

About Me

I am a wife, mom, sister and friend. I have a bachelors degree in dental hygiene but am not working now while my kids are so young. I loved working and hope to go back when my kids get a little older. I love talking to all the patients, helping them, and trying to make them smile. I have 3 children, 4 years old and under which is a lot of work somedays but we always try and have fun. I love to play and make them laugh. There laughs will hopefully me saved in my memory forever. I have tried to always end the day telling them I love them and with them know how proud of them I am. They are great kids. I love my husband and he means the world to me. I love that he always tries to make me laugh, even though I pretend to be a tough cookie to crack. I love our date nights and just having fun together. I love that he is so patient and kind and a really hard worker and such a great example to our kids. I love to search for a great deal on something and know it was a lot of work but that I paid very little for it. Some of my very favorite things are thrifted, found at a garage sale, or free. One mans trash is definitely some of my greatest treasures, my husband may disagree with this though! I love to sew and have a ton of ideas saved and am hoping to find the time to create them all sometime soon. I love knowing that I made something beautiful out of just fabric and that it is well made and can be passed down from generation to generation and hopefully treasured.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because of the feeling the gospel brings me. I love the feeling of the spirit and to learn about how tender our lives are. It helps me have a full heart and to really feel complete with who I am and why we are here. I have a complete testimony of this gospel and know with all of my heart that it is true. I love the feeling of complete generosity and absolute kindness, that I get through the members of the church. My life has been constantly touched by people who care and have been there for me and my family. I know that Heavenly Father sent people to help when we have needed them the most and it still brings tears to my eyes. I felt my heart become complete one night while I was praying about what the rest of my life was going to be like and I knew Heavenly Father and Jesus cared for me and knew all I was going through and were there for me. They showed me that through the gospel I could find complete joy. Something I had always been searching for. I love going to church and feeling completely welcome and knowing my kids are being taught the things that are right and to have a complete faith in our Heavenly Father and our Savior. I wasn't born with a questioning heart, but a strong faith in what I know is true and right. I love our Savior and know he died for us and that through him we can be with our families eternally and also be eternally happy. The gospel and my family are the two things that bring me complete joy and two things I want to have with me for all time and eternity.

How I live my faith

I live my faith day by day. I have a true testimony, but that doesn't mean that some days aren't hard. We have the same trials as everyone else and found that prayer and scripture study have helped us stay afloat. We have had some financial hard ship and frustration with pay cuts at my husbands work place but always feel like there has been a light at the end of the tunnel pulling us through. I love our relief society sisters and knowing they are always there for me if I need anything. I live my faith knowing that I always have people around that truly care for me. The sisterhood in our ward means so much to me and helps me keep my head up, my creative out look on life, and helps me raise my children. I truly believe that it takes a village to raise a child and feel like my village is my ward. I love working with the youth (girls age 12-18) and have learned so much from them. They are such strong girls and I truly look forward to seeing them as adults someday and know they will live their lives with integrity and virtue and be able to hold their heads high and be proud of themselves. I live my faith knowing I will be with my family for eternity and love the comfort it brings me. My husband and my kids mean so much to me and I want to have that joy for all eternity.
