Hi I'm Andy

I grew up in Arizona. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 29 years old. I finished College in 2007 with my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. I work for a software company, and train people how to use their computers effectively for personal and business use. I voluenteer with the Boy Scouts in our local Ward. I was married to my beautiful wife in 2010. I love spending time with her and our 2 dogs. We don't have children yet, however I am really looking forward to that day.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all of my life. However, it was not until I was High School age that I really began to become converted for myself. Through numerous expirences I have come to realize that my testimony has become my own. I served as a Full Time Missionary for the church in California. Seeing how the Gospel of Jesus Christ can make good people better truly strengthened my testimony. No one is perfect, the Gospel is about becoming better from where you are now, and moving forward with faith, one step at a time.

How I live my faith

I am the Assistant Scoutmaster for our Ward. I also teach the 12-13 year old Deacon's on Sunday. Each Sunday I try to reflect on how I can better live the Gospel. By constantly trying to become closer to the Holy Ghost, life is better everyday.

What is the priesthood?

The priesthood is the authority to act in the name of the Lord. Worthy men, beginning at age 12, are ordained with priesthood authority that can be literally traced back to the original church established by the Lord Jesus Christ. Those who hold the priesthood are expected to live the gospel and follow the example of the Savior by serving with love and kindness. Show more Show less
