Hi I'm Chase

I was born and raised in Arizona. Sports are my passion. I'm a Suns and Diamondbacks fan and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona. My father was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and my mother was the first that was born of her generation here in the United States. Her mother is from Italy and her father from Argentina and that's where they started. I have been LDS my whole life in a part member family. I couldn't have asked for better parents, they helped me get through my childhood and my mission and prepared me for life. I am now happily married and we have a little baby boy. I currently work for a large insurance company while working on getting my Business Degree.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member since I was 8 years old. Growing up I went to church occasionally with my family. I never really fully understood what the gospel was all about. I went to seminary and goofed around during those four years. After high school, I didn't really want to go to church and never really hung out with the good crowd. When i was 19, people that I thought would be important to me started to treat me bad, and I felt alone. When I went home and knelt down and said a personal prayer, (which i hadn't done for a long time) I felt the urge to left my head and look in my closet. From my bedside, kneeling down, I saw the scriptures burried under a pile of shoes and clothes.I picked it up and started to read. I felt so good and knew that I had to fix things and leave. To make a long story short, I fixed everything and put in my papers and 5 months later left to Barcelona, Spain where I had a wonderful time serving the Lord. Thanks to my experience I am now sealed to my wife and son, still working on my part member parent, and I have been so blessed. This is why I believe and why I'm a mormon. the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true and I love it!

How I live my faith

By choosing the right, serving and loving others.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

We know that one of God's gifts to us is a physical body. Now if someone gave me a gift and i scratch it and break it and do not take care of it, that someone is going to feel sad that you did not care about the gift that was given to you. Our Heavenly Father is sad when we do not take care of our bodies. We can take care of our bodies by excercising, and by avoiding substances such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee/tea and illegal drugs. We can eat healthy and then that will reduce the chances of getting sick and being weak. Show more Show less
