Hi I'm Don

I'm a wireman from central washington who loves hunting upland birds and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an only child of a single mother who raised me in a great home where the gospel of Jesus Christ was taught to me. I served a mission in the Massachusettes Boston mission (the only true mission). I'm a husband of 13 years to a beautiful wife and a father of 4 wonderful children. I work as a substation wireman for a local utility company and enjoy my job. I love to fish, hunt, ride my motorcycle and watch my kids play sports. I'd have to admit my favorite hobby is hunting upland birds with my family and my dog. I have done a whole lot more shooting in recent years than actually hitting birds. I call it hunt and releasing.

Why I am a Mormon

What a question. I'm a Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint IS the lords kingdom once again established on Earth in preparation to the Lord's return. Knowing this obligates me to be a part of this preparation in whatever manner He sees fit to use me. I came to know this by reading the Book of Mormon and asking God if it was true. I received an answer and have been an active Mormon ever since.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is a integrated part of all that i do. Every choice I make is influenced by the principles I know are true. Now having said that, that doesn't mean I always make the best decision, just ask my wife. We do our best, repent when we need to and help others in need. I live my faith the best i can and thank God for my wife who reminds me when I'm failing.
