Hi I'm Rich

I live in rural Eastern Washington, I'm an educator, dad, son, brother, and husband and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the outdoors! Camping, hunting, fishing, just being outside enjoying nature. I'm a proud father of two young boys and in a fantastic relationship with my loving wife. I am a music teacher. My family is a huge part of my life. They are my support and why I endured school. I feel that it is an honor to be able to provide for them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Mormon and served a mission for the Lord's church. I also took the challenge at the end of the Book of Mormon and asked our Heavenly Father if the book is true because I needed to find out for myself. For me, the answer didn't come immediately, but took a few days of praying and studying the all of the scriptures. When I recieved my answer, it was a feeling that I already knew that the chruch was true and that the Book of Mormon was also true. Since then, I have had more experiences that have further solidified that belief. The Lord's church has been restored to the earth again along with a living prophet of God and His priesthood or the authority to act in His name. The Book of Mormon is a companion to the Holy Bible and both will help us on the path to return to live with our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ. He loves us and lives!

How I live my faith

I'm far from perfect, but I do my best. I live the gospel of Christ not inly because He wants us to, but because it is the right thing to do. Loving others and exhibiting patience will only promote love and patience. Makes sense. I feel that because I have been blessed with so much in my lifeand been helped by so many, I need to do what I can to help others who are less fortunate. I try to follow His example of compassion and kindness, but like all of us, I'm not perfect. But that's ok. I do what I can in the church to help teach others and uplift them.
