Hi I'm Staci

I grew up in Utah, I love gymnastics, doing crafts, being outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother of two. I am lucky enough to be able to stay at home with my wonderful kids. My husband works very hard to provide for our family. I love snuggling my baby girl, and going outside each week to greet the garbage man with my son. I enjoy photography. I have a lot of fun taking pictures of my children, and dabbling in Photoshop. I also enjoy doing crafts. I am a thrifty person, a trait I inherited from my Grandpa. And, I love gymnastics. I competed in gymnastics for many years when I was younger, and now I enjoy watching college and elite gymnastics competitions.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon faith. I feel that I have been blessed by Heavenly Father with a believing heart. I have never seriously questioned the doctrine of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have just always known in my heart that it was true. I know that Heavenly Father loves us and watches over us. This was really made manifest to me when I was young girl. I was getting ready to go to a gymnastics meet, and I could not find my competition leotard anywhere. I looked and looked, without any luck. Finally, I prayed to Heavenly Father that I would be able to find my leotard. However, I was still not able to find it, and I had to leave for the competition without it. When I arrived at the meet location, I was telling my teammate (who was not competing because she had a broken thumb), that I did not have my leotard. My teammate gasped and said that she brought hers to the meet, and that she would let me borrow her leotard. She told me that she had a feeling that she needed to bring her leotard, even though she would not be competing. This experience made a big impression on me. It showed me just how much my Heavenly Father loves me, and that he watches over me. Heavenly Father knew how important that meet was to me, and he provided me with a leotard, so that I could participate in the competition.

How I live my faith

I have spent a few years teaching the young children in the church. I love interacting and teaching the kids. I also help to plan and carry out activities for the women at church.
