Hi I'm Chelsy

I go to college, I work hard, I play sports in my free time, and I love being a Mormon.

About Me

I love food! I love family time! I love Sundays! and I love being a twin! I was home taught till the middle of high school and would not change that if I were to do it again. Even though I was home taught, I was blessed to attend seminary at a local high school and I even participated in the high school's sports! The sports of my choice were softball, basketball, and volleyball. Now, I am enrolled in college and studying hard to be in the medical field. I choose the medical field because I enjoy seeing and helping people improve their life circumstances! I find great pleasure and satisfaction in focusing and working hard on things which will bring me great blessings! But, I also love to laugh and entertain myself and others with my somewhat random imagination! I love life, and I love being a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I am very thankful I have been blessed with the knowledge of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The teachings of this church provides me with peace and comfort I have found no where else. I have had a testimony of Jesus Christ since I was very young, but I am grateful that with my hard, daily efforts to improve myself and to become more like my Savior, Jesus Christ I have gained an even stronger testimony of Jesus Christ and the perfect truthfulness of His Church and teachings. I know that nowhere else can I gain the true lasting happiness and peace I receive as I follow Christ's teachings and as I humble myself and put my trust in Heavenly Father's perfect plan. The plan that will provide me with important and necessary trials and learning experiences so I can ultimately reach my goal of becoming as my Father in heaven is!

How I live my faith

For me, being a member of this Church means I live it everyday. Every day I pray. Every day I read my scriptures. Every day I try to forget about my self and serve someone else. Everyday I am striving to improve myself to become who Heavenly Father wants me to become. Imagine your most important gift or possession, or the thing that you consider to be of most importance. Would you not want to tell others about it and share with them so they too can enjoy and experience what you experience? For me, part of being a Mormon means that I will share what I know, I will share what brings me joy and happiness, what brings me eternal joy and happiness. Consistently trying my best to follow the teachings of the Lord, Jesus Christ will bring me my happy ever after! I know and promise this to be true!
