Hi I'm carey cox

I sing with a Hawaiian Group Na Kane O Makua'Ole in the state of Indiana, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been Mormon all my life, Being born in an LDS Family, and having 8 brothers and sisters, isn't easier then being a convert. I have led my life the way i wanted, not our heavenly fathers way! I did this through the first 10 years of my marriage, and most of my teen years, and never truly placed heavenly father first in anything. I have been married for almost 18 years, and happy to say the Heavenly Father is in Mine and my families lives. We are in the franklin Ward in indiana, and we have been truly blessed in such a short period of time. Remember, that heavenly father never gives up on you, its usually the other way around. He loves us all, and shows that through the blessings, and sacrificing his son for our sins, so that all of us, can return to be with him again. My testimony has grown so strong and continues to strenghthen as i progress in my life and truly living my life for and through my heavenly father.

Why I am a Mormon

At first, being born in a LDS family, that made my decisions for me, was to me a normal thing. As i grew up, in my teen years, i strayed away from the church, and it took me a while to find my way back. I am a mormon, because i know its true, i know that joseph smith was a true prophet of our heavenly father, and i know that by living as godly as possible and following gods commandments, will allow me to have an eternal family.

How I live my faith

by studying the scriptures with my family, having my personal, and family prayers, and to spend my time with my family and surrounding myself with love.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

carey cox
family is the foundation on which we stem from. With family you have a strong foundation on which to grow on. Family (in the mormon church) is eternal, and is truly what we teach! We know that we can have an eternal family even after we leave this life, and be able to do the same things in heaven as we do on earth with our family, our heavenly father. We are all gods children, and he placed us here to gain a body, and the freedom to choose how we live. We know that if we live our lives right, and endure with our families, that the blessings we recieve are abundant. Show more Show less
