About Me

Hello! Let me tell you a little bit about me:) First of all, I lOVE MUSIC! I love the feeling of peace music can bring whether it's in my darkest hour or in my happiest moment. Some other activities I enjoy are... playing the violin, traveling, diving for volleyballs, watching Disney movies with friends, singing...soprano;), riding my tandem bike, hanging out with my incredible family, being spontaneous and spending as much time as I can learning and trying new things!:D On October 1st, 2011 my simple college life became complicated. I was involved in a car accident with four other girls (two of them being my younger sisters). The next day I was told that my thirteen year old sister had passed away. After that moment I had two options, be angry or be better. I knew in my heart my sweet little sister would want me to smile as she did everyday of her thirteen year old life. Together, my family and I received help from good and honorable people around us. Physically I healed fast, while spiritually I have become closer to my Savior who died not just for me, but for every single person who has ever lived. I KNOW I will see my dear little sister again soon, as well as my older Brother and Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Families are Forever:)!!

Why I am a Mormon

"Be yourself, but be your BEST self" -Thomas Monson When I attend church on Sunday, surround myself in wholesome activities and put the Lord as the centerpiece of my life, I feel like I am becoming my Best self. I have researched, studied and prayed for the answers to my questions and with Christ as my leader I have found them. Sharing these precious truths with others makes me stronger. To sum it all up, being a mormon genuinely makes me happier in all that I do.

How I live my faith

"Two people can do anything as long as one of them is the Lord." -Author Unknown I try to live my faith by not just telling it through words, but showing it in the way I dress, talk, and treat people around me. I believe the best ways of spreading a good thing is through example. I look up to my Savior Jesus Christ to guide my life through His many examples while on this earth. I've learned to be obedient in everything i do and say. Obedience brings so many blessings, but exact obedience brings miracles.
