Hi I'm Matthew Bitter

I have grown up around the U.S. I am a carpenter. I love to bike. I love to dance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a carpenter and an avid biker. I love to dance and, I play the tenor saxophone. I served a full time mission for the church in Eugene Oregon, and am now still sharing the gospel with those around me with every chance the Lord will give me. I will be going to school and studying business. I have a twin brother. Also I love to see others happy. By the way, remember to SMILE. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up my entire life in the LDS church. I have been taught truth, and have been allowed to govern myself. For this i am grateful. I can not say that there was a moment that I just knew that the church was true. I have always just known in my heart that is is true, and that Joseph Smith did restore the church in its fullest. I have grown to recognize the spirit and how it speaks to me individually, and have learned to follow the spirits promptings. My biggest testimony in the church comes with exact obedience. Also in following the Lords promptings and commandments as soon we receive them. Even if we know not why we are being asked to do such things. All I know is that as we have faith and are exactly obedient, we will be blessed. I know that the church of Jesus Christ is back and fully restored with the proper power and authority to act in gods name. all it can do is state the one true fact about it all, "It Is True!" there is nothing else to be said.

How I live my faith

Presently I am serving the lord in the church by being an example of the believers, (1Timothy 4:12) in all that I do. I attend church every week and. I read the scriptures everyday and pray continually. I love the opportunity I have to go to the homes of the members to teach them at home, and to be there to provide service in any way. I also look for ways to be of serves to others no matter how small the deed. (ie. opening the door for a stranger, giving a friend a hug, sending a kind note to someone, and showing the up most respect for women). So long as it puts a real smile on someones heart I do my best to do it.
