Hi I'm Dallin

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I Work landscape and am looking towards having my own business. I especially enjoy running, dancing, fixing cars, swimming, keeping a journal and being daily in the social setting with friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but didn't know for certain that it was true until I was 13 years old. I prayed much about if the church was true. Soon after that I attended the large Washingtion D.C. temple. I knew it was true for sure after that special experiance in the Lords house. I read and studied the Book of Mormon intensely for the next 5 months and fell in love with the book. I've read that book over 30 times since then, but my first time reading it was the best. My testimony has never wavered since as I have lived a life of being a daily dispole of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live just about everyday serving someone. I help others with moves, yard work, changing a flat tire, working at our food bank and more. I especially love working in the Spokane temple often, as it is the backbone of my testimony. I teach members and people not of our faith regularly the gospel of Jesus Christ. I think it is fun to search out people not of our faith and listen to their testimony of God and in turn share how I love my church.

What do Mormons believe happens to us after we die? What do Mormons believe about life after death?

After one dies and goes through the veil he/she will instantly enter the Spirit world. This is a place of rest and peace. In the world of our Heavenly Fathers deceased spirit children, there will still be work there to do. It may not be as intense as our earthy life. You will be able to endlessly learn and grow. Faith, Hope and Charity will remain there as Eternal principles. People are currently heavily involved in missionary work there. They are teaching many the gospel, so that WE can do their temple work for them. Alma 40:11 in the book of Mormon says "yea the spirits of all men, whether they be good or evil, are taken home to that God who gave them life." Everyone sooner or later all will meet Jesus Christ. Somewhere down our eternal journey there will also be a resurrection to ALL who have lived- See 'Alma 40:23.' In the end only those who are faithful will inherit Eternal Life and live as God lives. Those souls will be possessed with strong virtues of humility, obedience, patience, long sufferings, meekness, kindness and more. I personally see the next life being a lot of fun too. Hundreds of people that have gone through near death experience have told that it is the most beautiful place that one will feel a love abound there continually. These things I speak the truth.
