Hi I'm Karl

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the outdoors! Hiking and camping are my favorite things when I can find time for them. I also love to learn, though it doesn't mean I'm good at it. I truly have an interest in everything. From baking to engineering, I wish I could learn it all. I currently am married to a wonderful girl and attend a community college and will start a business program this next semester. I am also taking classes to become a physical therapist. I work full time for a home medical equipment provider in the reimbursement department.

Why I am a Mormon

Continuing with "I love to learn", I love to learn more about my existence. Why am I here? I truly feel purpose in my life, more than just finding food and securities, but finding eternal peace and happiness. The deeper I get in the 'Mormon' church teachings, the more I find that purpose, peace, and happiness I feel we all search for. I haven't always believed what was taught to me, or practiced what was preached. But I know the times that I do, I feel content. I feel that God not is just happy, but rejoices when I make the correct decisions, according to what his son, Jesus Christ has taught and exemplified. Our purpose is to return to our God through following the example he provided us, His son, Jesus Christ. In learning and living His teachings we can pass the trials of this temporary mortal life, and obtain eternal happiness.

How I live my faith

I currently work with the youth in our community. I teach 12-13 year olds from the scriptures on Sunday, and I also work with boy Scouts of America on weekdays to obtain merit badges and go camping.
