Hi I'm Caryn

I am athletic, I love making people laugh, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born for adventure! After school I can normally be found in the gym playing volleyball, or running long distances out on the track. After working my heart out, I start my search scrounging around in the kitchen, looking for anything that could satisfy my hunger-even if its on the unhealthy side. If I had all the time in the world, I would love to try out all the other sports just to have fun! I am the 6th child out of 8, and I absolutely adore being in a big family, even though five brothers can get a little crazy at times. I love watching movies especially with my older sister and love hanging out with my family and listening in on the "big kid" conversations. I love horses and hopefully someday I will marry a cowboy and live on a ranch, riding horses out into the sunset everynight.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I know how much it blesses my life and the life of others. If I didn't go to church, or attend seminary, I would be a completely different person. My life is not necessarily easier, but it is much better, knowing that Jesus Christ loves, and has a plan for me. When I do what I am asked, and choose the right, I can tell that the Spirit is right there with me, guiding me. My righteous actions make me feel so happy, even if I am not the most popular, cutest, or smartest. I know that Heavenly Father has a specific plan for everyone, and looks down and smiles when I choose to follow Him. I know that he answers my prayers and loves me, and is always reaching for my hand, waiting for me to grab it.

How I live my faith

Since my family is a very musical family, I have had many opportunities to share my talents with others, with my family. We have visited many people and brought music into their lives, which makes them so happy, and they have always loved having us.When I once served as the Miamaids president, I had to plan many activities, for my youth group, and learned how to take responsibility. I now know what it takes to plan and prepare an activity so that it can be fun for everyone. I am so grateful for those opportunities and learned so much from them.
