Hi I'm Meg

I'm a mother of six and a grandmother of seven. I teach piano lessons. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love my family. I am grateful to be a full time homemaker. I like spending time with children and grandchildren. I like getting letters from my grandchildren. I enjoy reading. I have been a member of a Book Club for over twenty years.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since I was eight years old. I consider it the greatest blessing in my life. I love serving in the temple. I am grateful for the knowledge I have that we have a personal Savior who loves us and guides us. I am thankful for His mercy and grace. I love the Lord. I am especially grateful for the scriptures we have in our Church. The Book of Mormon brings great clarity to the words of the Lord. I love reading the scriptures. They help me to remember an eternal perspective. They also remind me to try to be like the Savior in my daily life. It is a great blessing to live in a time when the words of the prophets are readily available to us.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith daily by remembering the attributes of Christ and striving to emulate them. I work as a volunteer in the temple. I also teach singing to the small children under the age of twelve in our ward. I am a visiting teacher and try to do small acts of service whenever I can for my sisters at Church. In the past I have interpreted for my deaf friends during Church.
