Hi I'm Garrett

I am father and a husband. I work in construction industry and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two children. I work in the construction industry for a general contractor. I lived in Zimbabwe for 2 years serving a mission. While there, I shared my beliefs and helped with humanitarian aid. I enjoy playing video games, mountain biking, snowmobiling, playing the guitar and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

The belief and knowledge that I can be with my family forever is what makes me want to be a better person in every aspect of my life, and is the driving factor for me being a Mormon. I see the rewards and blessings of living the commandments. I feel good about myself and can treat others with love and charity. There is a peace the come with living the gospel. With the turbulent time that we live in and hardships that I may face there is a calming and reassuring feeling that comes knowing that God knows what we are going through and is there to help us.

How I live my faith

In my faith I have the responsibility of coordinating Sunday School classes. I am in charge of making sure that teachers of individual classes have everything they need teach their class. If needed I will step in and substitute if a teacher is unavailable to teach their class.
