Hi I'm Isaac

I'm from Arizona, I'm a computer artist, voice actor, music composer, and I'm a mormon!

About Me

I'm an artist at heart. I love life. I work as a computer artist at a photography studio. I work on the images after their taken. I'm also a student at the local university, studying to become an Art Education instructor for high school/ college students. I want to help students realize their potential in the traditional and digital arts. I'm also an actor and musician. I do voice acting for video games, as well as sing and dance in theaters around my home town. I'm happily married, look forward to my future family and career, and even in this difficult economy, I still have a love for life and a hope for the future.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to live my beliefs as a Mormon, because it has brought me to the greatest happiness I have ever experienced! Life, love, hope, family! And a chance to learn about where I came from, why I'm here, and where I'm going (and with whom, my favorite part)! I'm a Mormon because I love my family very much, and I truly believe that I'm on the path that will help my family continue grow together, and will help us love each other, even through the hard times! Being a Mormon has helped me understand my value as a human being, and has taught me that I can live and leave a legacy greater than gold! But the best part is the incredible feelings I get while I study and live the gospel! When I read the scriptures, and when I type this message to you, I get a feeling in my heart soft, and still, that I know it is true! I know my heavenly father lives! I know he loves me very much! I know I lived with him before I came to this life, and I know I can live with him again! I know he wants my family to be together forever! And I know he has made it possible for us to do so! I so LOVE being a Mormon!!!

How I live my faith

In my local congregation, I've been asked to direct the ward choir! I've had this responsibility for about 2 years now! Totally voluntary, and I totally love it! Music is a great way to feel the spirit of the lord! I'm in charge of choosing music that will help the congregation feel the spirit! In the Mormon faith we don't have rock music, loud or harsh music, or any music that will detract from feeling the beautiful, peaceful spirit of the sabbath day. We may choose to listen to other up-beat genres throughout the week, but in our worship services we really try to focus on the spirit of the message, and not the sensationalism of certain genres of music. I really enjoy finding pieces that will help accomplish this goal, and I especially enjoy our rehearsals! We rehearse once a week after church, and anyone is welcome to join a mormon ward choir. I have members of my choir from ages 7 to 70, of all vocal experiences and abilities! It's a beautiful sight to see us all come together, to bring a beautiful "magic" to the meetings! We perform for the local congregation about once a month, and usually do a special program on Christmas and Easter! Having this calling has really stretched me, and caused me to expand my talents and abilities in music! And I'm grateful to be able to serve! In the church, I've also worked with youth, and young adults as a sunday school teacher, and have also been in charge of the men's group in the church! It's neat to move around with different assignments, it really helps keep a ward together when we can serve each other!
