Hi I'm Aaron

I was born in Utah, but grew up in Colorado. I have a small family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

After graduating college, I worked for a start-up company for a year. I then finished my masters degree in business and left on a LDS mission to Korea. Now, I work for another small company and get excitement from helping my business grow and succeed. On the side, I develop websites and consult on marketing projects. I have always collected coins, but have recently picked up the hobby more seriously. In high-school I snowboarded, but with little children now, it is hard to find available Saturdays. I look forward to teaching my son to snowboard, but I do not plan to teach him the same insane tricks I used to be able to do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon simply because I know God exists and I know the Mormon faith contains his true teachings. Everyone goes through challenges and the teachings of the Mormon faith are second to none when it comes to finding support while in the midst of a tough challenge. I have been through my fair share of trials and I am witness to the power of God supporting me and lifting me up as I pass through. I love Jesus Christ and it is through the Mormon faith that I learned just how much Jesus Christ loves me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by praying to God each day and reading the words of his prophets. Attending church each week has not always been easy, but the habits my parents helped me build have been a tremendous blessing. My family always tries to be early to church so we can prepare to learn the spiritual things. I serve as the scout master for the boys in our area. It helps me stay active and remember the extremely fun times I shared with my friend growing up as a member of the church.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Some of our greatest joys in life come from our families. God loves us so much that he made it possible for these joys to continue beyond the grave. Certainly, if we live the way Jesus Christ teaches, we can live with our family members forever. Show more Show less
