Hi I'm Lacey

I'm a new mother learning the difficulties of raising children and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a shy individual until you get to know me then it's hard to shut me up. I love dancing, although I don't do it much any more outside of my home. I have been told because of my hight I'm a little intimidating but I'm probably more afraid of a stranger then they ever need to be of me:D I was raised in the church but fell a way at the age of 16. Reconected with the church 10 years later thanks to my wonderful husband. We have a beautiful new baby girl who is the joy in both our lives but also the baine of our existance (any new parent can relate :D). I'm a stay at home mom who does what I can to help suport my family by taking care of other children so that I can be home with my child and future children. Family and friends have always been at the very top of my priority list. I enjoy life and all it has to offer, I'm a home body most of the time but I'm working on get out and doing and experiencing as much as I possibly can while I can. I know this is totaly corn ball but my husband is my best friend and I love doing everything with him. Litteraly, everyone thinks I'm starnge for it but that's just how it is for me.

Why I am a Mormon

When my husband and I were dating we knew we wanted to raise our hypothetical children in a religion. We couldn't agree on one at all, I was very adimate that if I was going to go to church I would go to the church I had grown up in. He was very insistant that we find one we could both agree on and he was very against th LDS church, but after some very long arguments and going to a different church he agreed to look in to the LDS church. After attending a few times and the influence, I think, of my mother and his best friend he meet with the missionaries and took the disscutions. I didn't really have a full understaning of the gospil until then. As we took the disscutions together I learned things that I thought I had known to be true were totaly inaccurate. In fact everything I knew about the church and the gospil was totaly wrong. As I began to live the gospil my life became more and more blessed with every step I took. I have a much healthier life style and a richer, happier, and fuller life.

How I live my faith

I go to church on sundays. I have a calling where I help, well I try to be as helpfull as I can be, organize the activites that the women of the church participate in once a month. I pray everyday. I read my scriptures everyday. I try to be as helpful as possible to everyone who I come accross in my life.
