Hi I'm Bev

I love my tiny hometown, I am a mother of four, a wanna-be farmer and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a tiny town that I adore called Orderville! My husband and I are big time wanna-be farmers with a tractor, bees, chickens, a dream for a garden, and no skills. I happily choose to stay home to nurture and raise our kids. I grew up playing basketball as my only reason for living, and that obsession got me through school with a sweet bachelors degree. I love hiking in Zion National Park and the area surrounding. My sisters and I survived the "Narrows." I ran a marathon, which was a good little one time, check that off the list, accomplishment. (I loved it) I find a dignity, power and now even a cheerfulness in motherhood. I really believe my faith and because of my small daily choices to do what I believe is right, my faith is growing. I believe that faith is something that is actively built. I know that my testimony of God and Christ is what makes my life joyful and peaceful.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I believe it is the truth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person I know how to be. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ as it is explained to me in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. I live my faith by following Jesus and teaching my children and others about Him. I am happy and thankful for the many gifts of the gospel in my life.
