Hi I'm Jaxson

I'm a Texan trying to dominate spanish. I love truth. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was born in Texas and grew up the youngest of 6 kids. I served a mission in Carlsbad California speaking spanish. Right now I'm a pre-med student hoping to go on to be some kind of doctor. I have the chance to learn spanish and hope to use that to help others. Most of my life I spent on a soccer field or running somewhere.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to grow up in a strong family where the gospel was taught in the home. Seeing the effects of that effort around me; I knew that it had to be true. The example of my parents and siblings have guided me on a straight path. I recieved answers to my prayers that have kept me moving along. There is no hollow feeling within me. My relationship with my Savior has increased as I prepared to serve Him on a full time mission. As I have done hard things that required faith I have learned for myself that the Atonement is real. That knowledge has helped me change and know how to give up things that don't matter. Thanks to prayer I gained a knowledge that God has restored truth about his plan of happiness today through a living prophet. I also know the Book of Mormon to be true. Knowing these things I strive to keep the covenants I have made.

How I live my faith

The greatest thing I try to do is stand up for what is true. As a member and missionary I'm trying hard to do that everyday. The gospel has actually helped me be myself. I try to get better every single day. Sometimes it is hard, but God has always sent help. I know that it is worth it.
