Hi I'm Sara Tonga

I'm a sucker for fatty foods, music junkie, and always laughing & clowning around.

About Me

I'm Tongan, the last name is Tonga [duhh!], and I was born in the beautiful forests of the greatest of the greats- Portland, Oregon. Moved to the land of gold where the sun is always shining and the people are beautiful- San Francisco, California. Family is my life and I love them to pieces- true ride or dies for the eternities [ha!] I mix it up and go where I want, but right now I'm where God wants me to be-chillin with the cowboys and Hispanics- Houston, Texas (eastern part); serving in T.H.E. Mission of the Church. I love the simple fact that I can knock on anyone's door and throw down with the truth, knowing that God has my back:) Lover of the #HashTags, and obsessed with music. Jammin', groovin', flowin'- I do it all...

Why I am a Mormon

Because it's truly the only logical explanation that explains our whole eternal purpose :)

How I live my faith

Serving a full-time mission for the church is currently how I live my faith! Keeping the golden rule, praying and giving thanks to my Father in Heaven everyday. Charity= The Pure Love of Christ :)

Can you tell me about Mormon customs: how you dress for church, what holidays you celebrate, etc.?

Sara Tonga
Members who attend Sunday services most likely wear their "Sunday Best", which may include a suite&tie or sport coats for the men and modest dresses or skirt&top for the women. Children typically are dressed up for Sunday. Members of the Church celebrate Christmas and Easter. Two of the most significantly spiritual days in history because of the birth, suffering, death, and Resurrectiong of Jesus Christ. Church members also celebrate the regional and national holidays of the countries where they may be located. Church members also celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and similar events:) Show more Show less
