Hi I'm Chad

I grew up in New Mexico. I love my wife and enchilada's, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived most of my life along the U.S. / Mexico border and as a result have become a number one fan of Mexican food. Fall and spring are my favorite times of the year and I enjoy being outdoors whether it is for work or play, despite currently holding a full time cubicle position. Dirt bikes, horses, and lakes are some of my closest friends and I thoroughly enjoy spectating/participating in just about any sporting event. I have a beautiful wife who is my best friend and that I prefer spending time with over doing anything else. And I believe run on sentences should be considered grammatically correct.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves and knows me. I know He wants me to return to live with him someday and that he has prepared a plan to make that possible. The pivotal part of this plan is my Savior Jesus Christ. I know that it is only through Christ that I can become clean from all sin. To be able to participate in this miraculous cleansing process I know that it must be done in a proper manner and order that has been ordained by God. I have read The Book of Mormon and have come to the knowledge of its truthfulness and as a result know that Joseph Smith was called of God and has restored the power to act in God’s name here on the earth today. I am a Mormon because I know it is the only church on the earth today that contains the gospel in its completeness. It is the only avenue by which I can fully participate in the saving ordinances of my Savior Jesus Christ allowing me to return to my Heavenly Father one day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be a good example and cheering others up everyday. I try to be a good neighbor and give a lending hand when the need presents itself. I live my faith by serving faithfully and diligently in my church callings, currently as a ward missionary. I attend the temple regularly and enjoy the spirit I feel there. I read my scriptures and pray to my Heavenly Father that I may know his will and have the courage and faith to fulfill it. I love my wife and strive to become closer to our Heavenly Father everyday with her.
