Hi I'm Alan Crane

I grew up in Apache Junction, Arizona. I am a heavy equipment operator in a copper mine, a strong union member and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my best friend for 39 years now. I enjoy doing family search and working out at the gym. I have been working at the Asarco Ray mines for 38 years and am a heavy equipment operator and I also drive the largest truck in the world which carries 400 tons of rock. I am a grandfather and enjoy working in the yard. A few years ago I attended Mesa Community College and have about 110 credits, mostly in phychology. For about ten years I served as an EMT at the copper mine where I work. I am a Navy veteran and served on the USS Hammerhead (SSN-663) which was a nuclear submarine.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised a Luthern but felt that the church was missing something. Every time I spoke to members of the Mormon church I found they seemed to have the answers I was looking for.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being active in several church callings like teaching the young men about the gospel. I have been married in the temple and I am active in the family history program of the church. I also go to the homes of members to check if they have any needs and offer to assist if possible.
