Hi I'm Gregg

I am grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ and He is my Savior. I'm a husband, father, a science teacher and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised a farm boy in southeastern Arizona. I learned the value of hard work and in being honest. I am married to beautiful woman and together we are raising four wonderful children. I have been involved with education for the last 17 years and love working with the youth.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and have had the blessing of faithful parents and a wonderful heritage. It may seem easy to many that being raised in the church would automatically mean that one remains in the church. Truthfully, as I have become a parent, I have found that it is hard work to teach and influence our children as I am sure it was for my parents. This church requires sacrifice. Becoming a Mormon at the age of eight is a blessing, but the conversion of my soul has been a life-long process. I continue to be challenged in remaining true to my Savior. The Church is a wonderful vehicle that teaches and strengthens me to become more like the Savior and to work hard at raising our children so that they, too, can appreciate and understand the tender mercies of our Lord.

How I live my faith

I am involved with our community as a school teacher. Every day I have the opportunity to be an example of our Savior and to influence this world for good through the children that I am able to work with. I serve in our local congregation as cub scout leader. Through this calling I am able to assist these young boys in developing the fine characteristics of a good citizen as well as a child of God.
