Hi I'm Carl

I started working with my father at 5 year's old. I have been in the Navy, a mechanic, father and husband. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband, father of 8, grandfather of 21. I am retired. I am there to help my family and friends when needed. I like to drive fast, fly planes, boat and fish. I still like playing with old fast cars and boats. I work in my yard as needed but not as much as I should. I am a high school grad with military and Ford school training. My wife is my biggest love to do things with, like going to the mall, ocean or mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

I was looking for a church I could go to and believe in what they say and do. I had gone to other church's but they were never right to me. Then I met my now wife and I started going to the church with her. I liked what I heard and after I talked with the elders and read some of the Book of Mormon I knew it was what I was looking for. I took the lessons and became a member of the church. I went to the Temple and was sealed to my wife for all eternity.

How I live my faith

A lot of the things that I did before I was a member are the same as I do now, like not smoking, loving my wife, family and friends. I help my friends, neighbors and family when they need it. I go to bible study and learn more about the Bible. I work with the men in our ward to teach lessons. We get fire wood in for those that need it. I do home teaching for some of our members so they may have another teaching about the Lord in their home on a personal base. I have collected food for the near by food bank to help our community. I have helped put on a car show. I pass on what I know to those that are wanting to know it so that they may do the same. I help print out the bulletin each week for our Sunday service. I go to the Temple.
