Hi I'm Kerri

I am an Arizona native. I am a Mom of 5. I work in internet marketing. I am a classic/muscle car enthusiast. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a blended family of 5 kids. My Husband is my best friend. I work in internet marketing. I also help in detailing classic cars. I love and own classic/muscle cars and enjoy carshows. I love ghost towns and off the beaten path road trips. I love antiques with a story and unusual museums. I love listening to jazz, new wave, folk, rock, classical, r&b, I truly enjoy laughing and finding the humor in life. I can still ride a unicycle...that sight should make anyone laugh! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I would like to bear my testimony to all those who would like to hear it. I love the Lord as my Savior. I was born under the covenant but I feel converted to the Gospel every day that I live. I know that my Heavenly Father loves and knows me by name. I know that His strength is all that I need. I know that my prayers are heard and answered even if I don’t see it at first. I know that all of the creations that I find to be of beauty, and when I feel overwhelming joy, it is my Heavenly Father’s way of communicating with me, it is His way of sharing His love with me. I know that the Priesthood is a true and living gift given by my Heavenly Father. I have such a testimony of tithing and fast offerings and have seen the blessings in my life. I know that if we just let the Lord in our trials, he will deal with them better than we ever could. I know that without Him, we are lost, alone, fearful, all of the things satan wishes us to be. I know that callings are gifts to help us grow, and I am thankful for the short time I am given to do my best in these callings. I am overjoyed when I am in the Temple doing work for others. I feel tremendous joy when we have family home evening and our kids are laughing and sharing their talents with us. If we walk in our Saviors footsteps we can find peace, we can find joy, again, we can hear the answers that we need to hear. During my most difficult times I found prayer to be a gift. I know that the only way we can have true joy, is to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have a testimony of the Book of Mormon. I pray all who reads this will also find out for themselves of this truth so that they can have joy and peace. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I have served in the primary (with ages 11 and under kids), I have been the ward librarian, I have served in the Scout program, I have served in the Relief Society, I am a Visiting Teacher and I teach in the Young Women's program. I have a testimony that in each of these callings I have grown closer to the Lord and to those who I serve. I have never felt fully prepared until the Lord guides me.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Kerri
Yes, families can be together forever. I know that I will be with my Dad again, my teenage Nephew who just passed and all of those in my family who have gone before me. I feel such a peace when I think of God's loving plan. Show more Show less
