Hi I'm Sandy

I'm a wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls! I am an orthodontist assistant and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in an LDS home. I am number 11 out of 12! 6 Boys and 6 girls. I am grateful for my brothers and sisters and appreciate their examples. My parents have taught me so much. And it is a privledge to be their daughter. I have been married for nearly 10 years and we have 2 daughters. My family is the best gift I have ever received. I enjoy reading a good book, going for walks and visiting with family and friends. I love laughing and silly humor. I work as an orthodontist assistant and I enjoy that interaction with the public. Once our kids are alittle older I hope to either go to school for nursing or at least volunteer at a hospital.

Why I am a Mormon

I know through scripture study and prayer that Our Heavenly Father knows and loves me. I know that our Savior loves me. I am grateful for the Atonement. I am sad that our Savior had to experience so much pain for our sins. We are so blessed to be able to repent and be completely forgiven. I have a feeling of comfort and peace when I go to church. The Holy Ghost also testifys the truthfullness to me. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. I know that he helped restore the gospel. The power of prayer is so amazing to me. It really lets you know how much our Heavenly Father cares about you individually. I have had many times where I get my prayers answered and it truly strenghtens my testimony instantly. I am grateful for the priesthood. I love knowing that we have our Prophet Thomas S. Monson leading and guiding our church through our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I am grateful for my parents who have lived righteously and strived to teach us these gospel principles.

How I live my faith

I currently work with the young women in our ward. They are so fun and have taught me so much! They plan fun activities that they do weekly and I get to come and partake in the fun! I am happy to be able to serve with them. My daughters are great examples to me. They do an excellent job living what they are taught on Sunday. I am grateful for their leaders.
