Hi I'm Paul

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in California, USA and live in Washington,USA. I am married with three sons.

About Me

I am a husband and a father to three sons. I enjoy spending time with my family while finding new adventures and seeking out new venues. I enjoy reading books and following car blogs.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my parents joined the Church before I was born. In following the example of my parents and older brothers, I was baptized at the age of eight. I continued to attend the Church during my youth and felt the strong desire to share the gospel with others. I taught others for two years what I believed and saw the rich blessings that came to those that believed. From that experience and other experience, I can see the impact of being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that Jesus is the Christ and He came to Earth to take upon himself the sins of the world. He experienced every pain; He completely understands my sorrows, and my heartaches. I know that true happiness comes from obeying and following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I attend my local congregation each Sunday with my family. I also participate in helping members of the congregation build a three-month supply of food. This food storage is to be used in times of need or to supplement daily food consumption. Every other month, I gather orders from the members, take volunteers to a Home Storage Canning Facility, and can various commodities such as wheat, dry milk, dried apples, and oats. Through this service, I have better understood the simplicity and necessity of building an adequate food storage. Additionally, I help with teaching the youth as needed when the assigned teachers are out of town or sick.
