Hi I'm Carrie

I am from New Mexico, and I am a graduate student in Physical Therapy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently working on a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, and I love this profession. It is amazing to be able to help people change and improve. I'm currently single, and while I hope to one day have a family, I have discovered that true joy and happiness comes from being content in whatever situation comes my way. I am a daughter and a sister, and I adore my family and love to spend as much time with the as distance allows.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is the true restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. He truly lived and established his church on the earth, but over the years the power to act in His name was lost. However, God prepared a way for us all to be able to return home to him by restoring this authority through the latter-day prophet, Joseph Smith. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has the necessary priesthood keys and proper authority to administer in all the saving ordinances, beginning with baptism. The Lord Jesus Christ atoned for my sins and has provided a way for me to return to Him, which is through repentance and keeping all the sacred covenants I have made.

How I live my faith

Living my faith is quite simple because it is just the way I live. I participate in church as a teacher, pianist, or organization leader when called upon to do so. I also have the opportunity to serve other women in my ward by being a visiting teacher, which is to visit them at least once a month and to help them with any spiritual or temporal needs. Living my faith is essentially living in a way that I am able to be Christ's hands on this Earth whenever He needs me.
