Hi I'm Josh

I am from Mesa, AZ. I have 3 awesome boys, and a wife to die for! I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Father of 3 crazy boys and a husband to the greatest wife ever. Landon, Brigham, and Lincoln are busy in their activities and keep me busy as a Father. I love being around them and seeing them grow and excel in individual talents. I am a huge basketball fan, and couldn't live without fantasy football! I am an in-the-closet call of duty lover and enjoy an occasional video game. I love to sing with my family and fiddle with the piano and guitar, but don't play the fiddle. I play basketball with friends and family as often as possible. I work for a Property Management company in Arizona where I get to know many types of people. Within the last 6 years, my 7 siblings lost both of our parents to cancer which has brought us together even though we were already pretty close. If you ask me what I value most in my life...my wife, my boys, my brothers and sisters, sports, and being a mormon, Oh and fantasy football.

Why I am a Mormon

The plain and simple truth is that I feel good when I do good. I feel good when I attend church, read the Bible, the Book of Mormon, say my prayers, and ask for forgiveness. I have learned that this feeling is the Spirit of God, and that same Spirit has witnessed to me that the Book of Mormon is true, and that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God and restored the church of Jesus Christ to the earth. I am one of those billions of people who make mistakes on a daily basis and wish I could do a better job to keep the commandments. The Atonement of Jesus Christ has cleansed me from my imperfections and I lean on the Savior to lift me up in times of trial and sorrow. The Mormon Faith is simple, it makes sense, it answers questions, it brings us to a knowledge of what we once had before we were born and lived with God. I am grateful for the restoration of Gods church on the earth today. For the knowledge of where I came from, why I am here, and where I am going. What a beautiful plan that God has created for us and that Jesus Christ has made possible through his atonement. We will return to our Father and Heaven, our loved ones, and our friends as we strive to do what's right. His church is for everyone, and for everyone to share.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example to those around me. That is my most important tool. My reputation is important to me and it is important that I am honest to anyone I meet. I am the teachers chorum adviser and love to teach on Sunday's and attend Young Mens on Wednesday nights. I realize the important responsibility I have in helping these young men prepare for missions, and temple marriage by keeping the convenants they made at baptism. Hometeaching is a great way to take care of families and make sure their needs are met. I have a great family that I love home teaching and one I am getting to know. At work I talk about the gospel as often as possible. When people have a question, I jump at the opportunity to talk about the Mormon faith and dispel MANY rumors that are spread across the community. I love being a Mormon and what it represents in my life.
