Hi I'm Rob

I live in Arizona. I work in construction. I enjoy college football. I'm a husband and father of two. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have two great kids. I enjoy all sports, especially college football. My family and I follow Boise State, almost to an unhealthy extreme. My hobby is shooting sports; my favorite is sporting clay. This is a sport we can all particiapte in as a family. I work in the contruction industry as a VP of Operations. I am active in the Boy Scout program and enjoy working with the youth.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Chuch, with both sides of my family being members of the Church since the 1800's. However, I didn't become active until my early 30's when my first child was born. My wife and I knew we needed a solid foundation to raise a family in the world today. I am so thankful we decided to become active. The knowledge of where we came from, why are we here, and where we are going provides peace in our lives. The Gospel is simple and provides my family countless blessings. We have so many opportunities to serve and be served by others. I cannot imagine raising a family today without the Gospel truths being central in our lives.

How I live my faith

Our Church is a church of action. Many of the blessings I receive are because of my service in the Church. I currently work with the young men of the Church. It is awesome to see these young men preparing to become honorable husbands and fathers. My wife and I strive to live our religion as best we can in all that we do. We want our home to be a place of peace, especially to our kids. Though we are far from perfect, we try to be the best example we can to our children. The Gospel provides the means, we just have to do the best we can.
