Hi I'm anne

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of four beautiful Children -two girls and two boys. My oldest is Kassidy. She is 15 and a sophmore in high school. Then I have a son Sean who is 13, a son Taylor who is 10, and a daughter Bailey who is 7. I love the outdoors and doing every activity in them. I love to run, to hike, to backback, to camp, to bike, to swim, and to ride around the mountains in any type of vehicle. I try to share this love with my husband and children. We visit the mountains often. I also work in surgery at two hospitals here in the valley of the sun. One is a specialty orthopedic hospital. I have been working in the surgical field for 14 years and I love what I do. It brings me great satisfaction and joy to help people. However, my greatest satisfaction and joy comes from raising my children and loving them. I am blessed to have healthy, talented, smart and happy children. I love being a mom! I love my family!

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised Mormon from birth. My grandparents and great grandparents and great, great grandparents were all members of the Mormon faith. They came from the early days of the church's organization and sacrificed and suffered much for their faith. I am also a descendant of the prophet John Taylor, who was the third prophet of the Mormon church in this dispensation. My ancestors had to sacrifice much and had many trials. There were lots of stories and journal entries of faith that were shared with me from the time I was very small. I was and am always amazed at what they went through being members of the church. This helped me in developing my own faith and testimony of my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ. I can remember as a small child being afraid or scared or alone and praying to my Heavenly Father for help. He was always there for me and I would be able to fall asleep, feel better or find a friend. I always knew he loved me and he was real. I have never questioned my faith nor did I rely on someone else's faith. I knew for myself from my own childhood experiences that my Savior was real and this knowledge has helped me throughout my life, in everything I do.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simple day to day activities. I try to always help others, do right and be the best I can be at work. I want to be trusted and looked up to by others as well as make others feel good by a simple "hello, How are you today?" and a smile :) I find that this is the best way to show people who are not of my faith who I am and that I love them. At home I serve my family and try my best to teach my children to love others, serve one another and live the ten commandments. I want them to believe they can do anything and know that their Heavenly Father loves them. We pray everyday in our home and have lots of family time together. I know this helps make our family stronger and our home a sanctuary.
