Hi I'm Ryanna

I love my family, I'm an AZ gal and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read, play the piano and draw. Currently attending Brigham Young University but taking a break to serve a mission in China Hong Kong! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I may have grown up a Mormon, but I have chosen to remain one. I've prayed about this church and I've felt it confirmed to me that it is true. It has blessed my life so much and it effects everything I do. I love my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I have a testimony of Joseph Smith, the importance of temples, the bible and the book of Mormon. I know that everything I am and have accomplished is owed to my Father in Heaven. He is my joy and my light. Having a foundation in this church helps me to resist temptations and stay strong through devastating pitfalls in my life. I know that I can accomplish anything through God who strengthens and qualifies us. The utterly overwhelming joy I feel from this church is pure and enveloping. I've had God answer my prayers and I can't seem express in words just how much I love this church and the fact that I can be with my family forever. This exceptional peace, light and joy in my life is the reason why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service. I bake cookies and make cards for people having hard times or just simply comfort them. Truly we're just like a big family that's always here for each other and wants to help everyone because we are all children of God. We help each other move in or out, complete work, get through struggles and just help anyway we can. I also live my faith simply by trying to be like Jesus Christ. I hope to always strive to be his eyes, ears, hands and mouth in declaring the Gospel and helping others.

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that families can be together forever, even after death if they have been sealed in the temple. We believe that marriage is a sacred commitment between a man and a woman that lasts for eternity. We believe that we can see lost loved ones again, and that death is only a temporary separation.
