Hi I'm Natalie

I am a revived stillborn infant. I am a road trip enthusiast. I love to sing. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the 5th of 7 children. I was a stillborn infant that was revived. I LOVE to sing. I have been singing for as long as I can remember. Nothing is more therapeutic to me. I like to go places and observe the people around me. I find people fascinating. I love to talk to people and find out about them and their experiences. Road trips are one of my favorite past times. If I could spend my time driving all over, I would turn on my music, belt out at the top of my lungs and just drive. I have been a massage therapist for 9 years now and have recently made it simply my hobby.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because the gospel of Jesus Christ has been the one constant throughout my entire life. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and that He lives! After being revived at birth, I was given the diagnosis that I would have cerebral palsy and that I would have vision and hearing problems. By the grace and mercy of my Heavenly Father, I have never struggled with any of these health issues. I am grateful that I know that I have a loving Heavenly Father and Savior, who have helped me to overcome feelings of inadequacy and failure. They are always there to help me understand what my mission and purpose here on this earth is. The gospel has helped me to know how to keep myself healthy and safe. I can't imagine navigating through life without the influence of the gospel and the Holy Ghost. I find strength and protection when I turn to the teachings of Jesus Christ. I always have somewhere to turn where I can find peace, love and comfort, no matter what circumstance I may find myself in. Jesus Christ lives and I love Him!

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday. I try to find ways that I can be of help to those around me. I work with a group of girls in my ward and I love it! I have worked with the children as well. I love seeing the development of the youth in the gospel. They help teach me constantly. I don't know that there are better teachers than children and youth. Their insights are so clear and precise. They remind me that life is not as complicated as I can sometimes make it. As I live the things I have been taught, I find focus and understanding that I could not otherwise find. I know that if I pray to my Father in Heaven that He will listen and send me whatever it is that I may need at that time. This helps inspire me to try to return that favor by seeking others who may need something that I have to offer. I love the example of my Savior and I am striving to be more like Him everyday.
