Hi I'm Meghan

I love people, smiling, laughing, I want to be a Disney Princess, I love Shirley Temple and old movies, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

My name is Meghan Ray I am 19 years old and the oldest of four children. In high school I was a cheerleader and ran the 100,200 and 4x1 in track. I just recently finished my first year of college and now I am preparing to leave on a mission for a year and a half. I absolutely love people and love being around large groups. I love making people laugh and making their days better. I am the type of person to always be laughing and always have a smile on my face. I enjoy spending time with my family, watching Disney movies, in hope that one day I will be able to be a Disney Character at Disney World, My idol is Shirley Temple, and I enjoy watching movies and t.v shows that are older than me. I absolutely love Gilligan's Island and own all 3 seasons and the first rescue. I am always dancing around and singing.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have prayed, read the scriptures and have gained confirmation that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true and is Christ's church restored again on this earth. I know that this gospel is true because of experiences I have had in my life and because I have seen how the gospel has worked in others lives. I have seen the changes it has made in my life and I have become a better person.

How I live my faith

Growing up I was practically the only member in my school with the exception of 1or 2 who were inactive. So from a young age I made the decision that I was going to follow the gospel and anytime that any of my friends said anything, did anything, or invited me to anything that I knew was not right I was able to stand up and express my beliefs because years prior I made the decision of what I was going to do and not going to do. As I got into high school from time to time I would have friends and other people tell me how much they they respected me and the choices I made and that I was a good example. Through those times I was able to plants seed into my friends life about the gospel. After I graduated I continued living my faith by fulfilling my callings and living the gospel while admits the trials of being around college influences. I am now currently serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint in Hermosillo Mexico!!!
