Hi I'm Greg

I grew up in Arizona, and pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I have two kids, I speak Finnish and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of two. I enjoy playing with my kids and watching them learn and grow. It has been fun to watch my son play soccer on a team this year and learn how to work with his teammates even if it looks more like bees swarming around the ball. I have a Masters in Education and am working towards a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I enjoy educating others and helping them become better people and in the process creating a better employee who is committed to his/her company or cause.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but also came to a realization that while other churches have a lot of good there are key principles which other churches lack. Last year my mom passed away three weeks after being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor. It came as a huge shock as my mother was never sick and the rock of our family. While all of my siblings and father were saddened, we were also buoyed up by our faith in our Lord and Savior and the knowledge that we would be reunited with her in the hereafter. My parents were not marriage does not end at death, but rather they were sealed as husband and wife for time and all eternity. What a blessing and peace it has been to know that I will see her again one day. I know that while my mom is no longer physically with us she is providing encouragement and continues to be my number one cheerleader. I long for the day when I can see her again or ask for help with how to raise my kids, but find strength in my faith and in Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Being Mormon to me is more than going to church on Sunday. Being an active christian each day has allowed me to keep a positive outlook on life and enjoy my interactions with others. I have worked with young children up to teenagers and enjoy watching them learn and grow spiritually, physically and mentally. I have enjoyed the times to talk about faith with others but also feel that getting out and having fun and being together with family and friends builds lasting relationships and is just as important in life.
